The head of the Ihya Libya, Aref Ali Nayed, described the agreement to resume oil exports as a courageous agreement, stressing that with all its details, requirements and mechanisms, Libya and the Libyans are in dire need of the flow of state revenues to serve the country and the citizen.
Pointing out that this agreement addresses the deep causes of wars and tensions, and opens a new page of fairness across the country, as it will dry up the sources of terrorism and clarify to the Libyan people who are really stifling it.
