(Sputnik): Do you plan to make any visits to the European Union countries, the United States, or African countries or conduct negotiations with them in the foreseeable future? Does your agenda include any meetings with Russian diplomats?
(Nayed): I communicate daily with many European governments, American and British officials, as well as the member states of the African Union under my mandate as the special envoy of the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The Russian Federation is with the House of Representatives, it is not part of my specialty, however, I am in contact with Russia in my other capacity as national security advisor to Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thinni, and as the head of the Libya Revival Bloc.
