Aref Nayed, head of Ihya Libya, thanked the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, for his honorable nationalist stances with Libya and its people.
In his message to Abu Al-Gheit, Nayed said, “Libya today faces a new imperial threat due to the daring of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord to sign treaties and agreements that are illegal and not ratified by the elected Libyan parliament, which has the only legislative legitimacy in Libya, which endangered the Libyan national security, as well as the national security of neighboring countries, and it was about to lead to a terrible regional clash and a new bloody civil war.
