Nayed Expresses His Hope that the Libyan File Will Gain International Balance to Break the Political Deadlock, and Stresses the Importance of Elections

The head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, Aref Ali Nayed, expressed his aspiration to build long-term strong relations between Libya and Russia, as the latter has an important role in breaking the political deadlock that Libya has reached.

Nayed added, in a press conference in Moscow, that the optimal international situation towards the Libyan file must have international balance, noting that the Russian side is an important party in this balance as a member of the UN Security Council.
