A ceremony was held in Moscow this evening for the signing of a cooperation agreement between (Libya Complex for Advanced Studies) and (Institute for African and Arab Studies), which is a branch of the (Russian Academy of Sciences). And Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, in his capacity as president of the council, signed for the council, and for the institute, Prof. Irina Abramova, as president of the institute and a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
