The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies and candidate for the upcoming Libyan presidential elections, Dr Aref Nayed, stressed that the Libyan parliament has a last chance to resolve the draft constitution prior to the elections, pointing out on September 16 the need for Libyans to have a constitutional basis on which the people will make their choice next December in accordance with the agreement of the Libyan parties in Paris.
