The Russian Foreign Ministry revealed today, Sunday, that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s envoy to the countries of the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Russian Foreign Minister, Mikhail Bogdanov, met with the head of the Libya Complex for Advanced Studies, Aref Al-Nayed.
The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a press statement that the meeting that took place between the two personalities in Abu Dhabi dealt in detail with the current situation in Libya, adding that the two sides addressed the need to focus on an urgent solution to the political and military crisis in the country through effective assistance from the United Nations and national institutions with the support of All the national forces, the main regions and the tribes of Libya, without revealing any additional details.
