The head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, Aref Nayed, denied today, Sunday, the validity of statements attributed to him targeting the Amazigh social fabric and the Ibadi sect, stressing that he did not talk about the subject at all.
Nayed said that fraudulent accounts loyal to the Muslim Brotherhood were fabricated and made a forged statement on his tongue containing insults towards the Amazigh and Ibadis, which has never happened, adding that he had not made any statement since an interview on the (More) program last month, neither about the Amazigh nor about any other topic.
