Aref Nayed, Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies offered congratulates for the victories achieved by the armed forces against terrorist groups in the city of Derna.
In an interview with the American Al-Hurra today, Nayed also blessed the peace treaty signed yesterday between the cities of Misurata and Taroga.
