The political advisor to the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), Ali Hamouda explained that the French presidency had invited the Chairman of LIAS, Dr Aref Nayed to attend the Paris meeting last week.
Hamouda said in a statement to Libya TV, that LIAS worked very hard to bring their points of view in order to ensure the success of the initiative, after a period of few initiatives to solve the Libyan crisis.
