The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Aref Nayed said that all political administrations in Libya have had their legitimacy exhausted.
Nayed added in a statement to the American Al-Hurra, that there was an active American role in Libya during the Obama administration, but it was wrong.
He pointed out that stability in Libya will only happen with the idea of restoring the Libyan social fabric, praising its presentation in this way in the American Congress.
