Leon Waved a Candidate to Head the Libyan Government Outside the Parliament List

11/09/2015

TUNISIA – Libyan sources have expressed their fear of the succession of UN envoy Bernardino Leon’s maneuvers, which intensified remarkably during the past week and turned into political manipulations that made the parties to the Libyan-Libyan dialogue infiltrate amid the absence of a horizon to form a government of national reconciliation.

This fear, whose effects have accumulated, comes from accusations against the UN envoy of clear bias towards the outgoing National Conference loyal to the Muslim Brotherhood, at a time when the parties of the Libyan-Libyan dialogue are preparing to hold a dialogue session in the Moroccan Skhirat, which is described as “decisive and fateful”.
