The head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, Aref Nayed, extended his congratulations and thanks to the chiefs of staff, officers and experts of the Libyan army, who participated in the rounds of talks aimed at unifying the Libyan army, appreciating the efforts made to unify the military institution.
Nayed indicated in a statement to Libya Today that the unification of the military institution is the basis for pushing the political path forward, and for holding fair presidential, parliamentary and municipal elections during this year, securing those elections and ensuring the acceptance and implementation of their results.
