UN Support for Elections in Libya Puts Libyans at a Crossroads Going Forward

The United Nations announced that work is underway to hold fair and fair elections before the end of the current year in Libya, at a time when the head of the Libya Complex for Advanced Studies, Aref Nayed, launched his campaign to run for these elections according to a program that carries a plan for Libya’s growth within five years and the start of repeating other names to run.

The United Nations announcement came from its envoy in Libya Ghassan Salameh today from his place of residence in Tripoli, who briefed the Security Council on the situation in Libya, stressing that uniting the ranks inside Libya requires a government coming from the people, and this means holding elections.
