The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya in Tripoli Al-Siddiq Al-Kabeer filed an official complaint with the Attorney General, against the former ambassador to the United Arab Emirates and the head of the Libya Complex for Advanced Studies, Aref Ali Nayed.
Al-Kabeer based his call, from a source in the Attorney General’s office, on Nayed’s speech on the seventh of last March in front of the Heritage Foundation for Studies.
