Dr Aref Ali Nayed, the Chairman of the Ihya Libya Movement was received today on Wednesday by the President of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni, at the Presidential Palace in Entebbe.
(Libya, 28 July 2021) – According to the media office of Ihya Libya, Dr Aref Ali Nayed and Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni discussed the role of the African Union in supporting Libya’s national reconciliation, and the holding of direct Presidential and Parliamentary elections on time on 24 December 2021.
They also discussed ways to monitor the elections and ensure their integrity and everyone’s commitment to the results.
