Aref Nayed, Chairman of Ihya Libya, held a virtual meeting today with the outgoing UK Ambassador Nicholas Hopton. Nayed thanked Ambassador Hopton for his dedicated work for Libya, and updated him on recent intra-Libyan political consultations, support for timely Presidential & Parliamentary Elections on 24 December, support for the 5+5 Joint Military Committee’s latest stance, and exit of all foreign forces and mercenaries from Libya.
