Dr Aref Nayed, Chairman of Ihya Libya, visited in Kampala, Uganda, the Julius Nyerere Leadership Centre (JNLC) at Makerere University, and met with its Executive Director Dr. Nansozi Muwanga to discuss academic collaboration, research, and training with the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies.
