Today, the head of the Ihya Libya, Aref Nayed, sent a message to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres.
Nayed suggested in his message that the United Nations organize and monitor a comprehensive national referendum on the sources of legislation that the country passed through, from the year 1951 up to the year 2017, to reach the elections.
