The Libyan political blocs and parties said that they are following the increasing popular support to implement the entitlements of the direct presidential and parliamentary elections on time, coinciding with the increasing keenness of the international community to hold these elections to get the Libyan crisis out of the tunnel that it has been living in for more than a decade and the suffering and harm it caused to the Libyan people.
The Libyan political blocs and parties indicated in a statement to the attempts of some parties to obstruct and disrupt this expected entitlement, appreciating the decisive role played by the UN Security Council by issuing its Resolution No. 2570, and the judge affirming the need to implement the entitlements of the direct presidential and parliamentary elections on the date set on December 24, 2021 To restore the legitimacy of the Libyan state institutions and respond to the aspirations of the Libyan people to get rid of instability and insecurity.
